We are so excited to let everyone know that we are joining forces and forming the newest real estate team in Monrovia – The Gina Ammon + Donna Baker Team!

We’ve decided to put our individual successes together to offer sellers and buyers of residential and income properties an opportunity to have the power of two top-producers representing their interests. Between us, we have over 36 years of combined real estate experience and have sold over 675 properties for a combined value of $438 million in closed transactions. We feel by combining the right skills and expertise, along with our databases and influence, we will bring more buyers and sellers together in a low inventory market.

As a team, we offer a unique agent experience to all of our existing and future clients that will be second to none. We are confident our ability to work together will allow us to more effectively engage with people to help them understand the real estate market, monitor the local conditions, and navigate how to best serve your interests.

We would be remiss if we didn’t mention Jazmine Magallanes, who is our new assistant. Jazmine is also our Client Care Manager/Transaction Coordinator and works directly with clients, vendors, and agents, both inside and outside of Douglas Elliman.
